With a Good Space Plan, you receive the design expertise we offer our full-service clients, but you save money by managing the implementation and installation yourself. As an additional service we can also save you more money and time by doing your purchasing for you, leveraging the trade discounts we get from many retailers and trade-only suppliers.
Think of your Plan as money spent now to avoid costly mistakes later: a paint colour that looked so right on the chip, but is so wrong on your walls; a sofa that was perfect in the store, but is way too big in your living room.
To find out what your Good Space Plan will cost, call us to set up an Inform meeting. During this meeting, we’ll get a sense of your space and what you’re looking to achieve with it. We’ll walk you through a completed Good Space Plan, ask lots of questions and answer yours. From there, we’ll prepare a final quote for your review and, ultimately, approval.
This meeting typically takes place at our office and requires you to bring along the following:
- Project overview, which is simply a brief description of your project
and your wish list jotted down - Pictures of your current space, either printed up, on your laptop or
mobile phone or e-mailed in advance of our meeting - If possible, a rough floor plan, even if it’s just a hand-sketched one
If you would like the Inform meeting to take place at your home, we charge a nominal travel fee of $100 (plus HST).
Beyond that, there is no obligation on your part unless you decide to approve the quote we prepare for you.
