Dwaina Sprague has spent the past twenty years helping people create highly personal spaces that comfort and delight them. Following her design education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Dwaina started Under One Roof Interiors, providing interior decorating and design services for residential and business clients throughout the Lower Mainland. In 2005, she launched Good Space Design Group. As a designer, Dwaina has worked on 5,000-square-foot spec houses, 500-square-foot flower shops, and everything in between. Dwaina’s collaborative approach to working with clients has allowed her to consistently deliver smart, creative design plans that are perfectly suited to clients’ tastes and lifestyles.

Years of working in his parents’ restaurant developed Brent’s respect and appreciation for great customer service. It was in the service industry that Brent learned early on how to make people feel appreciated and cared for; he leverages this expertise with Good Space clients every day. A marketing graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Brent spent his early career in sales, working for large companies like Canada Cup and Ikon. He also worked for years in event planning, where he collaborated with organizers to design and produce a host of successful large scale productions. Brent makes certain that the operations of the company run smoothly and that clients receive excellent value and service for their money.

Josephina holds a diploma in interior design from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Vancouver-born Josephina has travelled frequently to visit family in Europe, where she has gained a deep appreciation for fashion, architecture, and the inherent beauty of simple things. Here in Vancouver, Josephina finds design inspiration not only in design books and resources, but also in vintage stores, cool shops, and in her explorations of Vancouver’s many vibrant neighbourhoods.

Lauren graduated with a diploma in interior design from the Art Institute of Vancouver where she received the Best of Show award at the graduation portfolio showcase. Growing up in the mountainous resort town of Sun Valley, Idaho, Lauren was always inspired by the spectacular beauty of her surroundings. As the child of an expert carpenter, who built many high-end custom homes, Lauren acquired a thorough understanding of the many stages of home building: from the initial concept, to laying the foundation, to project completion. This rich experience piqued her interest in design and led her on a path to where she is today: a confident and passionate student of the craft.
